Twinkle is verrrry smart & gentle. He has been with me for the 7th year(1999~2006). Doris was the original & 1st owner. I was juz lucky to be able to have Twinkle as a gift from Doris. "let's go..." once said!! ohh-oh...will raise his expectation to take a walk outside. Another thing about him is FRUITS. Any fruits that is YELLOW will get his attention. Except Durian. Shitsu/7 years old/ male. I think Doris who name him "Twinkle" is a great name. He's juz a sparky-shining dog. Very compose and very few words...ohh..I meant..."bark". Only when someone is home or visitors at the front of door, Twinkle will bark juz to get me or my wife's attention. So, all my neighbor's love him.
Dog food: I think is too expensive in S'pore. I usually buy them in Japan for only S$30/8kg. can't believe right. He juz love eating them. And it comes with choice of Fish, Chicken, Beef and all include Seaweed, Calcium, Milk, lastly best all all is it's effect of Odorless, coz' when it comes to his daily releases...(poopoo & peepee)....you really don't want to have smell all over your house.

LUNCH : Eating Japanese "SouMen" & "GyoZa"

It has a meaning for "SouMen"=Long Living, "GyoZa"=Wealth/Money.

EVENING : B'day celebration for my wife tonight.

Unfortunately one of my favorite French Restaurant is closed on Sunday, so I suggested to dine at 70th floor of Swissotel Stamford Singapore. Very beautiful night view of the whole Singapore, food <Beef Tenderloin & a Merlion Mug Cocktail drink> is good too. However, I somehow felt that the serving staffs were too 'stiff ' or 'serious' & thus make people feel that they lack friendliness, distance & cold. A generally 'lack of personal touch' in our service industry here. 17 years of service experience up in the 40,000 feet, I can quickily 'Sense' once entering into an atmosphere knowing it's friendly vs unfriendly. Words like: "how are you doing tonight..." , "I'll be around once you are ready..." , "I hope you have an enjoyable evening..." These are very simple yet powerful verbal techniques a service person can apply so to project to customers/prospects one precious message-"I/we Care !!"

After dinner we took a stroll along the Merlion Park with a wonderful view of Singapore River and finish our night....(of course NOT witnout..?#%xx.)

My wife and I tried to make some 'SiaoLongPou' from 4pm til 6pm. Yes...'SiaoLongPou'...after paying so much for juz a little bit of mEAt being wrap up by floUr skin. We decided to make our own. It's so eaSssy & juz needed a little more practices to speed up the procedures that's all. Remember to 'fold in some AgarAgar(clear stuff that make Jelly) cook with Chicken Stocks' & this is how you get the Bag Of Soup in that 'SiaoLongPou'.We spend only about Sin$5 for about 30pcs.
